Hi and welcome to Eva’s.
I’m Eva and I really do exist. Over the past two decades (probably longer, but that’s all I am admitting to here), I’ve owned over 20 restaurants around the Midwest. My husband Christopher is our Founder, Head Chef, and Master of our Unique Recipes. Our children, Georgia, Antoinette, and Jimmy, have grown up in the restaurant business. Now we are either in or coming to your town so you can enjoy our special restaurant.
Our customers tell me that what they love is our great food, outstanding service, and excellent value. Since all three are important, that is what we offer. Every day, every meal. We think that is why so many customers visit us week after week.
Our great food is prepared on site. Our kitchens are staffed by Chefs, not just Cooks. A Chef selects fresh ingredients and prepares your food after you order it. It doesn’t take any longer to do it that way, but it tastes a whole lot better. |

We have highly trained Servers to enhance your dining experience. Our job is to do the work while you sit back and enjoy. It’s an attitude and it runs throughout our restaurants. You are our guest and we want you to feel like it.
Value is getting more than you expected and maybe more than you ordered. If you’ve been here before, you’ll know exactly what we mean. When you taste our fresh prepared recipes, you will wonder what makes them so good. Sorry, we aren’t going to tell you—it’s a secret. But you will be amazed at so much food for so little money. I want value when I eat, and we make sure you get the same treatment.
Beyond that, we believe in being active in your community because we are part of your community. Our owners live where you live. We belong to your chamber. We support your schools. We have special programs to help your children learn more in school. If we find a new way we can reach out, we will.
