Manager—The hub of a successful restaurant. Our managers are responsible for the entire operation from marketing to profit. Eva Employment Opportunities

Assistant Managers—Assistant managers have responsibility for the “front of the house,” and work along side the manger on day-to-day operations. You will have constant contact with our customers, ensuring that we are exceeding their expectations. We prefer three years of experience, but exceptional people are always welcome to contact us. Chef/Kitchen Manager—We use chefs in every kitchen. Chefs know how to select fresh ingredients and prepare all of your food to order. Our customers can tell the difference and it is the key to our success. Our chefs function as kitchen managers and are responsible for all “back of the house” operations. We require 2 years of experience as a chef, preferably in our type of restaurant, and current ServSafe® certification. If you like preparing a wide variety of meals, we are the place for you. Cooks—Cooks work side by side our chefs. If you would like to be a chef someday, this is a good way to get there. It’s a fast paced job with a lot of variety but instead of just flipping the same thing on a grill all day long, come to us and learn some real skills. If you don’t have ServSafe® certification, you will have to complete it within thirty days of employment. Come in to fill out an application.

Servers—The core of our team who serve the most important people in the world, our customers. Our servers have the opportunity to work regularly scheduled hours, which is rare in the restaurant field. We can train you on how to take orders and deliver food. That’s the easy part. Your most important skill will be your attitude. If you love to provide exceptional service in a fast paced but comfortable environment, and make above average income at the same time, come in and fill out an application.

Host, Hostess, Busser, and Dishwasher—These positions provide other forms of service for our customers and the same requirement applies—your attitude will determine your success on our team. Corporate Positions—We have positions in training, accounting, operations and business development.
